How to assign Licenses when new additional Licenses are bought?

Solution/Immediate Workaround

Check with Fulfillment team as well which Key should be kept ; if they should be using Old License ID to associate Foundation URL then follow below steps.

If the New key to be used then simply Associate the Foundation URL to new License Key.

• When customer buy new additional licenses it creates new keys for them.

Under Manager Licenses tabs ; you will be able to see the License keys bought ; there will be one main License key with the Foundation Site and rest of the additional keys will be blank; That’s how it should be ; Main License will have the Foundation URL and all the Information ; rest of the keys will be blank.

• After this step – Go to Manage License –All Licenses – Select any user License – It will show a tab on top of the Bar that is Foundation- Click on that - It will show to which environment License Key is assigned; if it is not assigned assign to relevant environment ; uncheck and assign to correct one.Multiple Users keys can be selected at once to check.

                If it shows the Key is assigned to multiple environments- click on Link shown in message and                 then assign the User License key to correct environment.
