Users have to enter credentials each time they create or open a solution; within the same session.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

This normally appears if the users IT has not enabled saving the Password in the Browser; user need to perform the below steps.

1) Check in your browser settings whether the Autofill Option is checked; see screenshot below for the Chrome Browser

3) To see a list of all the usernames and passwords saved to Chrome; open up the passwords menu by clicking your profile picture in the top right corner, then click again on “Passwords.” You can also type chrome://settings/passwords into the Omnibox and hit Enter

3) LDAP wouldnt solve the purpose as LDAP is used to fetch the data for users in the Active Directory .

  Winshuttle uses Windows Authentication and not LDAP; to overcome this issue only thing you would  need to do is to enable the below option .
