Description
The export file of the log viewer both from STUDIO and CONNECT has the date format given inconsistently.
It shows minutes for some records and for some records it shows seconds and also suffixed with AM or PM.

Solution/Immediate Workaround
Reason of inconsistent behavior in dates is because of the regional settings on the local machine.
When we open same file in Notepad the date format is in the consistent format ; however after opening in Excel it does change.
To overcome this change users regional settings of date to desired format and then it should show consistent behavior in Excel as well.
