If you have issues with recording or running a script in Transaction, you may want to run an Authorization Check to see if this is caused by the absence of authorization objects.

Authorization check

To record and run transactions in SAP GUI and to use some SAP tables, certain SAP authorization objects must be installed on your computer. Your TRANSACTION administrator must install the objects for you.
If you have issues with recording and running, an authorization check can be useful to determine if problems are caused by an absence of authorization objects.
To confirm the presence of authorization objects in your SAP security profile

• On the Tools tab, click Authorization Check .

  The Authorization Check Result dialog box appears with the authorization objects you are authorized to use.
