Can the Windows credentials be converted to SSO like the SAP credentials?If so How can I achieve this?

Solution/Immediate Workaround

It is only possible if the user id for SAP and Windows is same; if they are different then unfortunately it is not possible.

 This can be achieve this by performing below steps.

1) Go to Foundation Site
2) Settings - SAP Application Servers- Select the Server - Then click on option Activate SNC.

3) If User field is blank; ask customer to share the user name of SNC from the SAP Server ; if they dont know then their SAP Basis team will be able to advise.

4) After that provide the name of the SNC Name add it in this format 
p:{User}@xyg.net.it ; initial p:{user} remains same after @ sign add the SNC Name provided by user.
