I get the below error when I launch Studio.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

 IT Admin or if user is Admin fr the machine they need to follow the below steps

Delete folder for the following key<GUID_string> if they are found as or within folder name:
1. 5475C597-056E-4512-AE0C-54C11D7EE776
2. B3C28221-A51E-42F3-9BB7-8AB3C5905C0B
3. D9A6B5A6-6974-463A-B893-E08EEEA80967
4. 795C5745E6502154EAC0451CD1E77E67
5. 6A5B6A9D4796A3648B390EE8EE8A9076
6. 12282C3BE15A3F24B97BA83B5C09C5B0

These strings can be usually be found inside following locations:
1. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Installer\UserData\S-1-5-18\Products
2. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\
3. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\InstallShield_<GUID_string>

One specific way to find all these string is search for 'support.winshuttle'.

After performing above steps restart Studio
