When opening Foundation development system we get the Post Installation screen - could you advise how we can resolve to get usual access to Foundation Development.

Solution/Immediate Workaround
Perform Below Steps in order to debug the issue
1) Login to Server where LMS is Installed .
2) Try Opening LMS Site
3) On the LMS Server, check if the LMS Site and services App Pool is running or not
4) Perform an IISReset on LMS Server
5) if above steps do not work Check the Logs in Foundation DB .... there would be table by name TraceLog.
