The foundation bar is not appearing and you are not able to perform any actions.

Cause

Insufficient Memory

Solution/Immediate Workaround

1) The SharePoint server where Winshuttle products are installed was running low on memory.
2) This can be made sure by browsing the below service :

http://<yourSite:port>/_vti_bin/Winshuttle.Central/WSJobService.svc

After putting the link into the browser you should see a similar error message as per below:

Increasing the server memory will solve the the problem.

Please be aware that when using a virtual machine you need to make sure memory and CPU is reserved for that particular machine and not share in the Virtual environment.

Also you should cater for any extra software you are running on Servers hosting winshuttle.

Their are many performance tools available to monitor your server environment this will also tell you if which applications require more memory. Your IT team network infrastructure team should be able to advise you on what your servers CPU and Memory requirements are.
