Description

User is unable to logon to GRC server to be able to use Firefighter to create and run scripts. This error is produced:

GRC server and Versa firefighter access in Studio 12.x

Cause

Whenever the user is trying to get to a session, the information received on Winshuttle's end is showing as an "application server" for the GRC server. The user however is logged in on a message server and will need to select the "show all sessions" button to select the correct server that they are logged into with the right properties. 

Solution/Immediate Workaround

The user will need to check the box to "show all sessions" and then proceed from there.
