Solution/Immediate Workaround
Please make sure that you install Studio with a local Administrator account a User with elevated privileges does not equal a Administrator account.
If you are unsure if you are an administrator follow below step to verify that you are if you are not a administrator get your local administrator to remove and reinstall studio as an administrator.
Antivirus software can also at times block the add-in int his case it is essential to perhaps disable it while trying to activate the add-in after which we should be able to enable the antivirus again. If you still have issue perhaps the excel plugins might need to be authorized by your IT with in the exclusion option of your antivirus security software.
It is also essential to check the Studio installation size with in Windows control-panel --> installed Programs to make sure it installed correctly.
The studio size is around 76.5 MB.
Please first of all make sure you are logged in as administrator.
To check if you are the proper administrator follow below instructions:
How to check if you are logged onto the computer as a full admin do the following:
Search for CMD
Right Click on it and open as Admin ---> CMD
type:
net user administrator
Your Output should show something like this ---> Local Group Memberships *Administrators
Open Studio as administrator by right clicking on it and the choosing to open as admin then make sure 'Enable excel Add-in' is tick.
Then go to Excel again open as administrator by right clicking on it and the choosing to open as admin

Depending if you are using 64 Bit Studio with Excel 64 Bit the name of the file will have 64 in it
or not and also the path will be different as instead of Program Files this will start with Program Files (x86) for 32 bit you can add the file also by clicking add
64 bit path C:\Program Files\Winshuttle\Studio
For 32 bit the name of the file would be adxloader.dll and path might be C:\Program Files (x86)\Winshuttle
Please also be advised that the location will be different depending on what drive you installed Studio if C:, D: or F etc.
All this instructions must be done as Administrator !!!!
If you are still unable to load the add-ins please check under disabled items that the items are not disabled see below:
