Winshuttle Loading Bar Error

Description

When running any scripts in Winshuttle the green loading bar on the screen continues to run even after Studio declares the Run complete and shows the number of successful runs.

Applies To

Excel add-in of Winshuttle.

Cause

User was operating on MS Windows 7 professional and it appeared to be that their operating system or their version of MS Office was corrupted. 

Solution

1. Upgrade the user's version of MS Office to a newer version. 

2. Perform a factory reset on the computer and re-format from the beginning.
