Description

The Winshuttle Excel Add-in is displaying the below error message.

Applies To

Studio 11.X and 12.X

Causes

When the user tries to login into Excel Add-in without activating the studio for the first time, It displays the given error.

Solution

Activate the Studio Application before logging into the Winshuttle Excel Add-in and try to login into Excel Add-in once the Studio application is activated.
