I am facing an issue while calling a web service. Attached the screenshot for reference when the web service called. Let me know if any further details required. Kindly arrange a call as I can see the same error in production.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

 This issue appears if users SAP Credentials have expired.

Check below steps in order to debug the issue.

1) Try log in to SAP GUI with the same credentials and Password that users is using to run web-service.

2) If it doesn't work then please get the password reset by users SAP team and then update the same on Foundation site and re run the scenario.

3) If the webservice is running with system account or workflow admin user then that users credentials need to be reset.

4) Also check if user is using any third party webservices in the solution; If so then they would need to get back to person who is looking after the third party webservice Licenses or IT or directly to thirdparty itelf as this could be because the License has been expired or Password might need to reset.
