Description

You have noticed that the Gibraltar Loupe Session Logging is taking up to much disk space.

Applies To

Winshuttle Server, Winshuttle SAP Integration Server

Cause

This issue is generally seen when the Loupe service is not running on the Application server as the Loupe service is responsible for pruning the Loupe repository.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

Make sure that the Loupe service is running on the APP server as this service is responsible for pruning the Loupe repository.
