Description

Process Control History Approval has an inappropriate format i.e. all users are visible as an approver in Process control history.

Cause

An underlying source of the issue is the key IncludeImplicitlyCompletedHistoryItems = true by default in the workflow admin site

Solution/Immediate Workaround

1. Set IncludeImplicitlyCompletedHistoryItems = false from workflow admin site
2. Wait for 5 minutes or do an IIS reset
3. Perform a test to verify.
