Description

Users are unable to open the PDF files from the Winshuttle forms. There is no problem with excel, word or notepad. issue is specific to PDF files.

Applies To

Composer 11.x.x & 12..x.x

Cause

Special characters in PDF names is not supported.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

After removing the '+' character in the pdf file name
the file can be opened after removing '+' character.
