Description

Customer has a requirement to configure the Storage Document Type on Studio level in transaction FB03 for GOS-Archive Link attachment type.

Studio 11x, 12x, WFM 11x, 12x 

Cause

As per current Studio design, there is a possibility to choose the File Attachment Type/File Attachment mode when using "Add File Attachment Rows" function. 

However, it is not possible to choose the storage document type on Studio level, e.g. as per below screenshot. 

Solution/Immediate Workaround

For the Financial tcodes (e.g. FB03) additional configuration can be done and the transport files can be provided accordingly. If the version of Studio and WFM is below v.12.1., four transport files will need to be imported into the system (transport EH3K901737 and transport EH3K901738). 

If WFM v.12.1. is installed only one transport file is required (e.g. EH3K901738). 

Additional Information

For the rest of the tcodes (e.g. MM02) the development request was raised with the Engineering Team. It is a major enhancement which will require further testing on both Studio and WFM level.
