We are trying to test logon credentials which I assign to a Winshuttle service ID

(will act as a Runner ID later on).

When I test the connection, I'll get the error :

Error message received from Worker: Error occurred in Test SAP connection.RfcOpenConnection failed(RFC_LOGON_FAILURE): Name or password is incorrect (repeat logon)

Using the same password and ID allows me to log into SAP w/o any issues directly.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

You will need to use the system account which you need to set up by clicking this link below:
http://[Foundation URL]/_layouts/closeconnection.aspx?loginasanotheruser=true

If you can log in directly on the Foundation Server with the system account you will also be able to directly setup SAP Credentials.
The system account has been set up during the install of the product.

If it has not been done you might want to add a system runner role to the system account within Foundation.
You can do this by going into users and searching for the user assigned to the system account and then adding the system runner role.
