Description

Some scripts made with BAPI's that worked in version 10.x are no longer updating correctly using Studio 11 and higher. All of the mapping aspects are the same. When entering in data using SE37 via SAP directly, the updates are also successful.

Applies To

BAPI's created in legacy 10.x versions, after being migrated to Studio 11 and higher.

Cause

As creating BAPI's in version 10.x were a two steps process, when importing them into Transaction, the Workspace tab is no longer visible.

Solution

Under the Workspace tab, ensure that the "Commit Required" and "Enqueue Required" boxes are checked. When using 10.x the Direct script would have these enabled prior to submitting it to Transaction.
