Boolean error when creating a script

Description

After installing the software when I go to create a new script I get the error: Method not found: 'Boolean ShuttleEngine.ShuttleFile.TxScript.RecordingLogon(Boolean, System.Windows.Forms.Form, System.String, Boolean)'.

Cause

During installation, there was some sort of conflict with existing files on the machine.

Solution

Close Excel and any open Winshuttle session, then go to the below paths on your machine and delete the folders for "Winshuttle":

C:\Program Files (x86)

C:\Users\*yourusername*\AppData\Roaming
