Description

As part of troubleshooting, Winshuttle Support or Development may request you to generate an Application/SAP/RFC Trace and send the trace file. This article helps you on how to generate Application/SAP/RFC Trace in Studio 11.

Solution

1. Go to FILE->Options->Logs and Errors. In Error Management section we can see options to enable Application, SAP and RFC Traces. Select the required checkboxes to trace the script execution information.

2. Execute the Script. Trace information file will be saved to log and Trace files location maintained in FILE->Options->Location as shown in below screen.

3. Go to file path log location. You can see the Trace file with Application, SAP and RFC tracing information as like below.

4. After getting the trace, disable the Trace options by unchecking the checkboxes in FILE->Options->Log and Errors otherwise which will impact the script execution.
