Cause

Missing WFM transport

Solution

1- WFM needs to be installed

2- It has to be a supported SAP tcode

3- Checked the following tables
/WINSHTLQ/TCD_BO

/WINSHTLQ/DEFVAL

If there are missing entries then contact Winshuttle Support for the transports that will create the entries for Document attachment properly.

Please ask your SAP team to do these transports on the client number that you logon to (not the 000 client)
