Description

When running a script in MM02 or MM01, an "Err: No batch input data for screen SAPLMGMM 4000" message is received in the Log Column.

Cause

This error is often caused by Default View or Default Organizational Levels being used so the user is not prompted for that information. If the script contains steps to interact with the View or Org Level screens, but they do not appear, the script will fail with the Err: No batch input data for screen SAPLMGMM 4000 message.

Solution

Verify that the "View selection only on request" and "Org. levels/profile only on request" options are unchecked in MM01 or MM02. With these options unchecked, the user will be prompted to enter the information that the script is expecting.

1. Go to MM01 or MM02, enter a material number, and click on Select view(s). 



2. Uncheck the View selection only on request option.

3. Select a View that requires Organizational Level data then click on Organizational levels.



4. Uncheck the Org. levels/profiles only on request option.
