Description

Error received when attempting to run a Transaction script recorded using GUI Scripting. GUI Scripting is enabled and it can be selected as a recording mode, however the script cannot be run.

Error message: The Server threw an exception. (Error from HRESULT: 0x80010105 (RPC_E_SERVERFAULT))

Applies to

Transaction 10.X and 11.X

Cause

Further configuration is required in RZ11 using NetWeaver Business Client.

Solution

In RZ11 set “sapgui/nwbc_scripting” to FALSE.
