When a user upgrades to Excel 2016, Windows 10, or SAP GUI 740, our software may encounter compatibility issues.

Applies to

Winshuttle Transaction, Query, and Runner users.

Solution

If you've upgraded to Windows 10, Excel 2016, or SAP GUI 740, you'll want to upgrade your Winshuttle software to a minimum of version 10.7.2 of Transaction, Query, or Runner if you're using 10.x versions, or Studio 11.1.1 if you would like to update to our newest software.

If there is any doubt regarding compatibility, you can open a case with Winshuttle Support, attaching the current Winshuttle products and versions. Also confirm the current SAP GUI version and if this is being upgraded as well. Once we have all the relevant version details we can then evaluate the impact of the proposed upgrade.
