Solution:-

Scenarios in which customer request for un-installation of WFM   as like below:-

1. Is it because they are upgrading to latest WFM ?
2. Is it because they are upgrading their SAP for example from ECC to HANA?
3. Is it because they do not want to use Winshuttle anymore.

Reason 1:-

In case of reason 1 WFM 10.6 version and above they do not need to uninstall WFM . Customer can directly upgrade WFM as per the guides included in the WFM installation package along with add-on's.

For version below 10.6 they can contact support for add-on to uninstall existing wfm.

Reason 2:-

As SAP stops providing vendor keys .We recommend customers to un-install wfm before SAP upgrade. Re-install WFM after SAP upgrade. For un-installation of WFM customer need to contact support for add-on and documents to un-install WFM.
