How to check the current Enhancement Pack Level (EHP) on your SAP system

Solution

1. Launch your SAP GUI, log into the SAP System for which the Support case has been raised.
2. Once logged in, choose system>status>magnifying glass.
3. Locate the SAP_APPL level. Write down  and communicate to the Support team the information found.
4. Example, SAP_APPL 604.
5. Equates to, ECC 6.0 EHP4

Additional Information

The Support Pack Level of an ERP system is determined by its application component, i.e. SAP_APPL and EA-APPL, so checking the Stack Level of this component, will give you the EHP version and Support Pack level.
