The following error can occur while trying to invoke a web service through a form.

Solution

Confirm that Winshuttle Server was correctly set up to allow SAP GUI to function in a 64-bit environment.

1. Ensure that the SAP GUI is installed on the system that your Winshuttle product is installed on.
2. Copy the existing 'librfc32.dll' from the C:\Windows\system32 folder to C:\Windows\SysWow64.
3. Replace the 'librfc32.dll' in the 'system32' folder with the x64bit.

From SAP Note 66971: 

SAP GUI on 64-bit platforms: Currently there is no separate SAP GUI version for 64-bit operating systems. However, due to the limitations mentioned in SAP note 1442028 SAP is evaluating to create and ship a 64-bit version of SAP GUI for Windows (x64). This note will be updated once a development plan and shipment schedule has been determined.

Winshuttle software requires the librfc32.dll file in order to make a connection to SAP. This file is typically setup during installation of the SAP GUI, however if it is incorrectly placed, you will see this error.
