How to log onto your Winshuttle Central site with new credentials

Solution

  1. From your Winshuttle Central site, click the ‘user’ drop-down menu, and then click Sign in as Different User.
  2. Enter your domain credentials.
  3. Launch Winshuttle Transaction.
  4. On the Transaction splash screen, click Change. 
  5. Make sure the Winshuttle Central website address is correct.
  6. Click the User credentials radio button. Enter your domain credentials, and then click OK.
  7. You should now be able to successfully connect to Central with Transaction.
