Description

Winshuttle Transaction & Query can be installed as either 32bit or 64bit programs. The bit version you install should match the bit version of Microsoft Excel in use, this is to ensure compatibility with the Winshuttle Excel add-ins.

Depending on what version of Office you have installed on your machine, there are different methods for checking whether you have 32bit or 64bit. Instructions for each version are listed below.

• Office 2003:  Only comes in 32bit
• Office 2007:  Only comes in 32bit
• Office 2010:  File > Help
• Office 2013:  File > Account > About Excel
• Office 2016:  File > Account > About Excel
