When performing an action in a form that involves connecting to SAP, the following error message is displayed:

If you log into the SAP Server, you receive the following error message:

Solution

To avoid these pop-ups, please do the following on each machine and server that uses Winshuttle.
Open the SAP GUI Logon pad and click on the SAP icon at the top left corner.  Select Options in the drop down menu.



In the SAP GUI Options window that opens, select Security Settings



Click the Open Security Configuration button.  Then, click the drop down menu for Default Action and select Allow.



Click Apply.  Click OK to exit the window and click OK again to close the Options window.

After making these changes, a restart to the server is required. Additionally, if after restarting the server and the error occurs manually restart the WinshuttleWorkerLaunchGUI Windows service.
