When user executes the Webservice it does not fetch any data from SAP.

Solution

Perform below steps to debug the issue.
1) Check worker services are running on the Server.
2) Check whether user is using the Launch GUI option in the Transaction script; if yes check the Worker GUI service is running.
3) Check the Mapping of the fields is correct in the Solution
4) Check Webservice is linked to the Button or Rule.
5) Check Script is working directly in Studio/Transaction
6) Check same SAP server is maintained on the Foundation site.

If all of the above criterias are met still script not running ask for the Foundation Core logs.
