This issue is with the MS Word text editor.

Cause

As SAP does not support MS Word text editor for long text recording, hence could not be done from Winshuttle Transaction

Solution

1. Recorded with SAP Standard transaction SHDB.
2. Does SHDB support MS Word Text editor for long text update?
3. If not, as SAP does not support MS Word text editor for long text recording, hence could not be done from Winshuttle Transaction, although this issue is resolved in Winshuttle Studio using 'Add Long Text' feature for FB02.
4. The end-user will need to upgrade Studio and WFM
