Description
An error occurs when the user launches the add-in in Excel. When selecting the Transaction Addin in Excel, the launch is separated from Excel in a separate Window, and cannot be used.
Applies to
Transaction 10.x, Studio 11.x & 12.x
Solution
This issue normally appears if customer is using Multi displays or there is minor upgrade to the Office.
To overcome this issue user need to changed the settings in Excel from Optimize for best appearance to Optimize for Compatibility.
1) Open Excel
2) Click on File-Options- General- There are two radio buttons change from Optimize for best appearance to Optimize for Compatibility.
