An error has been reported with the Excel Add in for TRANSACTION. The error occurs when the user launches the add-in in Excel. When selecting the icon in Excel, the launch is seperated from Excel in a seperate Window, and cannot be used.
This issue normally appears if customer is using Multi displays or there is minor upgrade to the Office.
To overcome this issue user need to changed the settings in Excel from Optimize for best appearance to Optimize for Compatibility.
1) Open Excel
2) Click on File-Options- General- There are two radio buttons change from Optimize for best appearance to Optimize for Compatibility.
