GUI 750 - Error: Catastrophic failure (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8000FFFF (E_UNEXPECTED))

Description

After upgrading from GUI 740 to 750, customer starting receiving the below error when trying to record scripts using GUI mode. Users on 750 were also NOT able to use Script Recording & Playback via SAP directly.

Solution

Based off of attached SAP note 2565390, customer upgraded their GUI to 750 patch 5 hotfix 1. Once upgrade was applied, they were able to use Script Recording & Playback and also recording script through Winshuttle GUI scripting.
