When Launching a form, it gets stuck on the processing wheel

Cause

If a log field is not used anywhere in the form or is deleted from the form, this may be causing the issue.

Solution

1. Check if there are fields in the Form Data that are not on the Form, e.g. LogMessage field below.

You can check this by right-clicking on the field in Form Data and selecting Where Used. In this case you can see it is not used in any views.



'Ghosted' fields, ones not used on the form, appear greyed out and in italics.

1. Deleted the 'ghosted' field from the Form Data and then try to launch the form.
2. Clear the Cache; History
3. Check all the solutions having same issue or only few solutions.

Also it is mentioned in WIN-12224 that there is an issue in 11.2.0, which is fixed in 11.2.5 and occurs when a SharePoint environment has multiple SharePoint web applications each hosting Winshuttle Workflow.
