Message: "A script is opening a connection to system XYZ"

While a script that was recorded in GUI Scripting mode is running, the message "A script is opening a connection to system XYZ" appears, and you have to click OK for the run to continue.

Solution

This is normal GUI Scripting behavior, depending on the settings of your SAP GUI.

To stop seeing this message, do the following:
1.In SAP GUI, click Customize Local Layout > Options > Scripting (or Accessibility & Scripting > Scripting).
2. Uncheck the Notify when a script opens a connection box.
