Generic error message giving no clear cause or reason why the solution cannot be deployed.

Cause

As reported in CWF-238 this error can occur if there is no Default View set. The Solution can still be published and at runtime the above error occurs on Form load.
In ticket 87623 caused by missing data connection: 'SharePoint participant list had an empty cell in the place of one of the IDs'

Solution

Suggested steps:

1. Check Default View is set.
2. Re-import solution by downloading a copy and redeploying to your Forms site.
3. Check all data connections
4. Check Blackbird Composer logs if there is no clear cause why the solution cannot be deployed.
