When you try to activate or launch your Connect license, you are seeing the error message "You could not be validated against a license for the product. If a valid license is assigned to you, please make sure that the licen…"
There are a few different reasons this error could be occurring:
1. You are trying to activate a product in which you have not been assigned a license (Example: you are assigned Runner and you are trying to activate Transaction). You will want to uninstall and re-install the correct application from our download links page.
2. Your password has changed and you forgot. Please use the "Reset Password" link located in the top right corner of the activation screen.
It has been found that running the "repair" option may also fix the issue.
Deleting and creating the user again solved the issue. if you notice some capital letters in the email address, you need to remove them.
