After receiving a new computer which was using Windows 10, customer also was upgraded to 64 bit Excel and 64 bit SSO for SAP. When trying to connect to SAP through Winshuttle, was seeing the below GSS-API DLL error.
Transaciton 10.7.3, 64 bit, with 64 bit SSO
Winshuttle was trying to read the previous machines SSO logon file: gsskrb5.dll. This is for the 32 bit SSO config file. In order to resolve, customer needed to:
1.Download 64-bit file gsskrb5 i.e. gx64krb5.dll from SAP portal.
2. Copy gx64krb.dll file to C:\Windows\System32 folder
3. Open transaction and goto Tools >> Options >> SAP Defaults
4. Set path in parameter "Single Sign On (64-bit configuration service)" to C:\Windows\System32\gx64krb5.dll.
