Description

This article is designed to show you how to identify the OK Codes that will help you to resolve errors during recordings for any Studio Product. Winshuttle Transaction will display any SAP screen, field information gathered, OK codes (change of screen) during the recording when you step into the Mapper's Advanced Tab.  These values can also be seen directly by looking at the Technical Information in SAP.

Solution

In any SAP screen you can access the Technical Information by clicking into a field and hitting the F1 button on your keyboard to bring up the ‘Performance Assistant’.  Once this is brought up, click the ‘Technical Information’ button or  the 'Hammer and Wrench' Icon below:
   

In the Technical Information screen, you will find the screen name and number as well as the technical field and table name.

Double click on the field next to Status and look for the OK Code

Ex: by name = WBS Create



The OK code is Create_WBS
