Description

User receives the error while executing the web services as 'Error from Central while getting ExecuteInfoXml and ServerPropsXml for user

Applies To

SAPIS ,Foundation 11x and 12x

Solution

1.Restart the WinshuttleWorker and WinshuttleWorkerLaunchGUI services from services.msc on the server where Winshuttle SAPIS is installed.

2.Do an iisreset on all web front ends.

3. In case above 1 and 2 steps do not resolve the issue .Please redeploy the solution and check.
