Description

The user attempts to login to Studio through Foundation and receives "an endpoint not found error has occurred while retrieving configuration settings for the given host"

Applies To

Foundation

Cause

The user is unable to connect to the licensing site to verify if they have the correct license.

Solution/Immediate Workaround

  1. Login to Foundation
  2. Select the Settings Tab
  3. Select Foundation Setup
  4. Speak with your IT Team to grant you access to the License URL within Foundation and you should no longer see the error
