Unable to load DLL 'librfc32.dll' with SAP GUI 750

Description

When trying to log into SAP through Winshuttle, you get an error saying "Unable to load DLL: 'librfc32.dll' The specified module could not be found. (Exception from HRESULT; 0x8007007E)"

Applies To

SAP GUI 750, Studio 11.3 and lower, Foundation/Studio 11.2.5 and lower

Cause

Since the librfc32.dll is no longer included with SAP GUI 750. All programs, including Winshuttle, that used librfc32.dll needed to be updated for the successor of that file.

Solution

1. Upgrade to 11.4.x or 11.2.12
2. Downgrade to SAP 740
