Customer is seeing this error when trying to activate license:
LMS, Studio 11.x
The issue is related to a corporate requirement for their Windows 10 machines to be FIPS compliant.
As of right now, Winshuttle is not FIPS compliant. Their IT team can white list their but this is only a temporary solution.
Generating a trace file can help their IT team understand what is going on.
