Description
How to create a rule in composer saying that if a value is entered in one field, others fields will be hidden.
But if I delete the value, the hidden fields do not re-appear.

Solution
To achieve the designated result we would need to create two Rules.
1) To Hide- Rest of the fields when the Data is Populated 
2) To Show - Show the fields when the Form is Blank.
