CauseFoundation requires that Excel files be allowed to sync. This setting is disabled by default.
Solution/Immediate WorkaroundYou must have the Central Site Administrator role to perform these steps.
- Go to the Foundation site in the browser.
- Click on Settings in the menu.
- Click on Preferences.
- Click on the Foundation tab.
- Check the Enable Property Promotion box.
- Click Save.
