Description
Use Case1: When trying to log onto a SAP server via Winshuttle SapLogon with Studio or when trying to capture ALF (auto login) details the following error occurs.
Use Case2: When trying to Run a Web Service on the form. The following error occurs.

Solution
Perform below steps for Studio, Transaction Query:

Locate SAPlogon.ini file on Local machine (it is usually saved on C:\Windows drive)

Rename the file to SAPlogon_old

Get a new SAPlogon file from your SAP Basis team

Save the new file in the same location where original SAPlogon file was.

Re-test the connection
If the above does not resolve the issue; check that you are not missing any entry in your SAP service file (port definition). The services file can usually be found at this location on your machine C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\services - Your SAP Team can help you carry out this check.
The Saplogon.ini is not saved in the default location , or some entries are missing in the port definition ( Ex: server address, instance number )
Perform below steps for the error on the Composer Form:
Check that you are not missing any entry in your SAP service file (port definition). The services file can usually be found at this location on your server where Winshuttle is installed.
