Description

I have a form that I just deployed to the dev server (it was created in a previous version) and when I try to launch, I get an error: Login failed for user 'NT AUTHORITY\ANONYMOUS LOGON.'

Have your SharePoint administrator log onto the SharePoint server and navigate to the following path:
C:\inetpub\wwwroot\wss\VirtualDirectories\

Check the web.config file to see if the following key is set to FALSE (If it's not, set it to false and retest):
